Wednesday

2:00 pm to 6:00 pm- Enter Exhibits in Building

5:00 pm to 8:00 pm- Livestock Weigh in and Packet Pickup

6:00 pm to 8:00 pm- Poultry and Rabbit Check In

 

Thursday

6:00 am -9:00 am  Pancake Breakfast

8:00 am to 11:00am - Enter Exhibits in Building

9:00 am - Mandatory Exhibitor Meeting

10:30 am - Poultry Show Rabbit Show Following

12:30 pm - Exhibit Hall Judging

1:00 pm - Pet show

2:00 pm - Goat Show and Showmanship

4:00 pm to 7:00 pm - Enchilada Dinner

5:00 pm - Market Beef and Breeding Heifer Show and Showmanship

 

Friday

6:00 am- 9:00 am - Pancake Breakfast

8:00 am - Swine Show and Showmanship

Lamb Show and Showmanship Following

All Dispositions Due 30 Minutes after Lamb Show 

11:00am- Round Robin Showmanship

12:00 pm- Pee Wee Livestock Show

1:00 pm-  Adult Showmanship in Show Ring

4:00 pm – Jr. & Open Ranch Bronc Riding 

Ranch Rodeo immediately following

 

Saturday

6:00 am- 9:00 am - Pancake Breakfast

8:00 am - Awards Ceremony

10:00 am - Livestock Sale

Followed by BBQ Lunch Sponsored by Summa Silver

1:00 pm - Junior Rodeo

5:00 pm - All Livestock and Indoor Exhibits Released 

NO VENDORS, EXHIBITS or ANIMALS RELEASED BEFORE 5:00PM!!!

5:00 pm - Goat Roping

8:00 pm to Midnight - Dance

 

Sunday

8:00 am – Cowboy Church

9:00am – Barrel Race, Team Roping & more TBA
